JOIN THE CIRCLE
Join my circle of women and receive invitations to upcoming online ceremonies and courses, retreats in France, and new Yoga Nidra & meditation releases.
I support women in times of transition, when the old no longer fits and the new is not yet clear. Stress and exhaustion often create doubt, but I open spaces of deep rest, women’s circles, and ceremony—where women can come home to themselves, connect with their inner wisdom, and discover the clarity and inner power to step into their next chapter with joy and ease.
My own journey through pain and burnout has led me home to the body, to rest, and to the wisdom of the feminine.
My mission is to empower women to embody their authentic selves and live with joy, purpose, and wholeness. I believe in the power of women coming together in community — creating meaningful connections and experiences that nurture the soul. Through retreats, women’s circles, somatics, yoga, meditation, womb healing, ceremonies, and tantra-inspired practices, I hold space for women to reconnect with their bodies, their essence, and their power.

"Catja’s workshop was very thought-provoking and powerful. Her way of describing the misogyny and ageism we face every day really hit home and helped me understand how much of my shame and self-denial comes not just from personal trauma, but from societal conditioning. The somatic practices helped me feel grounded and safe in my body in a way I rarely do. I left with a deep sense of strength, awareness, and self-compassion."

"I can't recommend working with Catja enough. She offers a safe, grounded space, and her warmth and wisdom make engaging with the process possible even when you might be struggling. She is caring but also clearly understands her craft and can support and guide you to ensure you benefit from yoga nidra."
-Jo Reilly, London, UK
"Thank you Catja for inviting me to the circle. It was very inspiring and supportive. Sharing love and kindness, and some views in a small circle of beautiful women, it was wonderful. I especially liked that there is no feedback given or needed, just respect and acceptation. Beautiful!"
